The pipeline

Six steps, every video

1Script

Every video starts as a script written with Claude inside each avatar’s project, using a character bible that keeps their voice consistent. A human reviews every line.

2Face and visuals

Each avatar’s look was designed in Higgsfield from a single reference sheet. Stills and short B-roll clips come from the same reference so the face stays consistent.

3Talking-head video

Scripts become video in Jogg, using each avatar’s face and an assigned voice.

4Edit

Cutaways, on-screen text and captions are added. This step is still partly manual and being automated now.

5Publish

Posts are scheduled through Postly and Ocoya, with each platform’s AI label switched on.

6Review

Every week the numbers come back in and shape the next scripts.

Hard lines

What the avatars never do

  • Pretend to be a person
  • Claim to have used a product they haven’t tested
  • Review a business that didn’t ask
  • Ask anyone for money or personal information
